IT SPECIALIST (m/f)
We are looking for a creative candidate with experience in the field of IT, who will demonstrate willingness to learn and help the group with its data transformation, implementation of new business processes and new systems in the near future on the Group level.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing and leading IT related tasks of business initiatives, such as modelling of processes, process optimizations and implementations of new business tools,
- Help planning, executing and leading it related projects,
- Help to implement a new ERP in the near future,
- Collaborating with others to solve it-related issues and participate in initiatives (project management, accounting, reporting, HR, technical and production staff),
- Preparing system reports, ad-hoc analysis and other data.
Expected qualifications:
- Planning, implementing and leading tasks on business initiatives such as process modelling, process optimisation and the introduction of new business tools,
- Assisting in the planning and resolution of business issues, implementation and management of IT-related projects,
- Preparing system reports, ad hoc analyses and other data,
- Assisting with the implementation of a new ERP in the near future,
- Experience with ERP systems, experience with SAP is an advantage,
- Knowledge of working with SQL and Microsoft excel is desirable,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field is desirable,
- Experience in business process implementation and optimisation is desirable,
- Experience in ERP system implementation is desirable,
- Knowledge of HRIS and MES software is desirable,,
- Experience in working with and editing large databases is desirable,
- Ability to work in a team and have good communication skills,
- Proactive approach and solution orientated individual,
- Analytical thinking,
- Excellent oral and written English language skills,
- Desire for new skills and challenges,
- Driver’s license B category.
