We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Intern/Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or current student seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative engineering company. The role has the potential for future full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers with design, development, and testing of mechanical components and systems
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability
  • Conduct research and analysis on materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and documentation
  • Support engineering team with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Strong academic record and/or relevant experience in mechanical design and analysis
  • Proficient in CAD software (Creo Parametric preferred)
  • Familiarity with simulation software (ANSYS preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
