We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technologist of Technology Machining to join our team. As a Technologist of Technology Machining, you will play an important role in supporting the production process and ensuring the highest quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing machining processes for complex parts and assemblies
- Programming CNC machines and ensuring they operate efficiently
- Selecting and setting up cutting tools and fixtures
- Collaborating with production teams to optimize processes and improve product quality
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Knowledge and experience in CNC programming and machining processes
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the energy or heavy machinery industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Fluency in Slovenian and English
